Pragya Bhagwat (Born on 1st March 2010) from New Delhi, India achieved the record “Youngest to Write a Book on Rhymes”. She can create rhyme out of anything. She started writing at the age of 7 years and 9 months, by the time she was 8 years she had a collection of more than 30 rhymes and it was published by Kalamos Publication in 2018.
