Rashi Balachandran (born on 4th December 1999) and Tamanna Balachandran (born on 15th April 2004) from Mumbai, India has created the record of becoming “World’s Youngest Qualified & Certified Scuba Divers Girl Siblings” at the age of 14 years and 10 years respectively. Rashi, a tenth standard student of Podar International School at Santacruz and Tamanna, a fourth standard student of Vibgyor High International School at Goregaon in Mumbai went under rigorous training in Havelock Island (Andaman & Nicobar Islands) under the supervision of their Instructor & Mentor Mr Prafful Chugh from Pool To Sea Scuba Explorers throughout the course.
