Raj Bahadur (born on 22nd May 1975) from Uttar Pradesh, India has made "World's Largest Shopping Bag" measured 83.82 m (275 feet) high without handles and 38.10 m (125 feet) wide. The bag was displayed in Gaziabad, India, on 9th February 2009.
