Ankit Malik (born on 14 October 1994) from Chandigarh, India, achieved the record for the “Largest Indian Flag Hoisted on Mount Elbrus Solo.” He independently planned and executed the climb of Mount Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe, overcoming extreme weather conditions and challenging terrain. On 15 August 2024, at 5:00 PM, he successfully unfurled a 78-meter-long Indian flag at the summit, marking a proud moment of patriotism and determination.
