Here are details of the event. Details of Event :- 108 Musical Hanuman Chalisa Date of Event :- December 31, 2024 Day:- Tuesday Location of Event :- Khadkeshwar Mahadeo Temple, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar-431001 Maharashtra-India *This makes it a World Record* In preparation for celebrate the New Year, Shri Ram & Shri Hanuman devotees from Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra orchestrated this event, inviting individuals from all religions to join the Hanuman Chalisa recitation. Approximately 14,000 devotees from 22 cities came together, completing over 127,000 recitations within 8 hours and 30 minutes. This collective effort far surpassed the initial goal of 100,000 recitations. As per my information, the recitation began on day 31-Dec-2024 at 3:05 PM & concluded as on 31-Dec-2024 at 11:45 PM, with Yagya offerings to invoke the fire god, making this event an extraordinary display of devotion and community spirit. Also as part of the same Hanuman Chalisa program, more than 700 devotees collectively chanted "Ram Ram" over 151,000 times. Also as part of the same Hanuman Chalisa program, & social responsibility with society and nature event organizer distribute more than 700 plants to devotees. Potential World Record Reports suggest that this event marks the shortest duration in which such a high number of Hanuman Chalisa recitations were achieved with a relatively small group of participants. This accomplishment stands as a potential new world record.
