Panyam Mallikarjuna Praveen Shastry (Born on 19th July 1988) from Karnataka, India achieved the record "Largest Collection of Indian Meghdoot PostCards". He collected 989 postcards issued by the Indian Post Department of denomination of 25 Paise each in English and 17 different languages of India from 2002 to 2022. He has the entire rare set of 112 cards issued in 2008 on "JAGO GRAHAK JAGO ".
