The Largest Pencil Mosaic by an Individual (Male) measured 49.41 Square meters and was created by Mr.P.Prithivi Raj of M/s. A.R.J College of Engineering and Technology, at M/s. A.R.J CET Auditorium, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu, India on 15th March 2012. The mosaic was completed in 08 Hours and 20 Minutes and the concept was “Education for All”.
