First ever Tamil Television Channel launched for Educational Reforms - (Kalvi Tholaikatchi)

Department of School Education, Government of Tamil Nadu achieved the record "First ever Tamil Television Channel launched for Educational Reforms - (Kalvi Tholaikatchi)" in the Tamil Language for students globally. The Channel was inaugurated by Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr Edappadi K. Palanisamy on 26th August 2019 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This is the pioneering initiative of Mr K.A. Sengottaiyan, Honourable Minister for School Education, Youth Welfare & Sports Development and Mr Pradeep Yadav, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, School Education Department.
