Fastest Judgment on Child Marriage Annulment

Saarthi Trust Jodhpur’s Managing Trustee Kriti Bharti (Born on 19th August 1987) from Rajasthan, India achieved the record “Fastest Judgment on Child Marriage Annulment”. She counselled both side families and legally annulled 2 child marriages of minor pairs on the same day within 3 days of court proceedings, at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She filed and argued the case on 16th April 2015 and final judgment was given on the occasion of Akshay Tritya, at Family Court Jodhpur, on 18th April 2015. This was the first-ever in India when two pairs of minor child marriages were annulled by a court on the same dates of court proceedings.
